My name is Michaela and I work as a Compliance Consultant. When I took the plunge into consulting and became part of Team PV, as we call ourselves at PlantVision, I imagined a day filled with speed, variety and challenge - which turned out to be true.
Since I started working at PlantVision, I have had the privilege to work on various assignments in validation & qualification in Pharma. I have a previous background in the medical device industry where I have focused on quality control & quality assurance as well as logistics & production planning.
The role of a consultant is incredibly fulfilling, not only on a professional level but also on a personal level.
