Plantvision takes top spot in 2023 list of Sweden's best workplaces

Behind the award "Sweden's Best Workplaces" is the foundation Great Place to Work, which annually conducts a comprehensive employee survey - and this year Plantvision is ranked sixth in the prestigious workplace study, in the category of medium-sized companies.

"We couldn't be more proud of this fantastic placement," says Andrea Brönnegård, HR Manager at Plantvision.

Plantvision has been named Sweden's sixth best workplace in 2023 by Great Place to Work. The award means that the company's employees have ranked based on their own experiences of the workplace and how well the organization works with trust, leadership, innovation, development opportunities and values. The organizations in Sweden that received the highest ratings in all areas are ranked as "Sweden's best workplaces". And now Plantvision can boast a phenomenal sixth place.

"So wow! We at Plantvision are immensely proud and humbled by our incredibly fine placement on the list of Sweden's best workplaces 2023. From Location number nine in 2022 to the fact that we have now climbed to sixth place. This is really proof that our corporate culture, and our view of employees as the company's most important cog, is a winning concept and proof that our way of thinking and acting actually works", says Andrea Brönnegård, HR Manager at Plantvision.

The win means so much more than just getting that coveted diploma, it also provides important leverage over the rest of the industry when it comes to attracting new employees.

"We want to be thought leaders and that means we want to be at the forefront. Not only in terms of offerings and expertise, but also in terms of engaged, happy and inspired employees, and therein lies the greatest benefit. The fact that we can contribute to people feeling good, thriving and developing when working with us feels wonderful", says Simon Thuresson, CEO of Plantvision.

Plantvision has, in 2022, significantly increased its growth and increased the number of employees by 77 people last year alone. Being able to maintain and live up to the high standard that GPTW represents is a great achievement when you are in such an extensive growth journey.

"It's a constant ball rolling. Not losing focus, but continuing to strive to be engaging, inclusive and passionate is a driving force that permeates the company and this is how we want to continue to work regardless of the size of the organization. Today, tomorrow and in the future", Andrea concludes.
