The certification is based on what employees themselves say about their experience of working at Plantvision. In this year's survey, the company achieved a Trust Index™ score of 88%, and 89% of employees consider Plantvision to Plantvision a very good place to work.

Plantvision an annual Great Place to Work® survey on workplace culture, in which employees respond to 60 statements in six different areas. In 2024, 87% of employees participated in the survey.
