Stockholm, April 24, 2026 – After a year of record-high scores in the employee survey, one thing is clear: Plantvision is not just one of the best workplaces—it’s the very best. The award is based entirely on employees’ own experiences of the workplace, with factors such as trust, pride, and community at the core. Plantvision achieved historically high scores in the Great Place to Work survey, with a full 97% of employees stating that the company is a very good place to work, and the Trust Index rising to 92%.
The fact that these results have now culminated in a first-place finish is seen as a testament to long-term, dedicated efforts in the areas of culture, leadership, and employee engagement.
– This is one of the greatest moments in our history. Being named Sweden’s best workplace is simply fantastic. This isn’t about any single achievement; it’s the result of everything we do together, every day. Our culture sustains us, our employees drive us forward, and this award is proof of the power that lies within it. I am incredibly proud, impressed, and above all, grateful,” says Simon Thuresson, CEO of Plantvision.
Plantvision has consistently worked for many years to develop its corporate culture through responsiveness, transparency, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. In 2025, results improved across all areas of the employee survey, with particularly high ratings in the areas of community and team spirit.
“We haven’t just done something good—we’ve actually made it all the way! It’s hard to grasp just how big this is. This award reflects what it actually feels like to be part of Plantvision every day, and that’s what makes it so meaningful. The fact that we’re now ranked number one in Sweden is simply fantastic, and something we’re all truly proud of together,” says Sofia Edenfeldt, HR Manager at Plantvision.
With over a decade of Great Place to Work certifications under its belt, Plantvision has demonstrated that a strong culture is not a matter of chance, but rather the result of consistent, long-term efforts in which every employee’s experience is taken very seriously.
“This is a milestone that means a lot to us, and we’ll be celebrating it together throughout the year. At the same time, this is exactly what drives us—to keep getting even better. We’re incredibly proud of where we are today, but even more excited about where we’re headed,” concludes Simon Thuresson.
