How we work in Compliance

We know regulations. We understand how they are structured, how they are applied and what our clients need to do to best comply with them. We belong in Pharma, Biotech, Medtech and IVD and we move seamlessly between roles in Quality Assurance, Validation and Qualification and data integrity (to name a few).

We are constantly developing ourselves, each other, by sharing our knowledge. It strengthens us, as a group and as individuals. We are challenged and develop with the missions we have in the areas of expertise we possess. Because chances are, if a client needs support in all things quality, we can help. Quality
assurance

We have the various regulations and standards as our backbone. This allows us to help our customers with how to implement them. We know that strategic and effective quality assurance is the key to our customers' success. Together, we support operations in research, laboratories, process and manufacturing, and distribution. We have the expertise to act as advisors in quality assurance, validation, qualification, verification, CMC, pharmacovigilance and microbiology. We also support our clients with audits and reviews, at different levels but always with the same goal; ensuring that everything is done correctly.

Medtech & IVD

From product development to market access, we know what our customers need to do for their particular medical device. We know the rules, we know what quality is required and when things should be done. Together, we get to be part of amazing journeys with our customers, from idea to reality. It warms our hearts and challenges our minds, every day.

Management

We help our customers reach new, higher heights. As an organisation grows and matures, it is management's responsibility to maintain oversight and ensure that all aspects are covered to achieve the company's overall goals. That's where we come in. We support management teams, boards and investors with expertise. We help cover every step of moving an idea from concept to final product, ready for market launch. Transition management, interim management and project management for capacity expansions, digitisation or organisational change - that's where we thrive.

Courses

We have the knowledge - and we love to share it! We do this every day in contact with customers and colleagues, but also through our training courses. Everything we work on, we also train in. We tailor training for individual clients, we deliver ready-made training packages and we guest appear at various industry events. With us, there is the opportunity for those who have the passion, skills and interest to train to actually do it.
