This will be your role
Together we help our customers in Life Science with challenges to achieve the right level of quality and manage compliance. You will be the one to help our customers in validation related to their changes and projects. You will guide them with your knowledge in quality assurance and test and validation management in Life Science. You will, depending on the client's needs, take on consulting assignments in the client's organization, participate or be responsible for project deliveries or take on advisory roles.
- You will be part of the Plantvision Compliance business area and the Compliance Skåne unit/department, where we have a wide range of offerings that enable you to develop in a direction you are passionate about.
- You will be based in our office in Lund but the assignments you take on may be located throughout the Öresund region.
- You will be developed and challenged. Your motivations will guide your development and it is through your assignments that you will reach new levels.

Since most of your work takes place at the customer, you should be able to manage the balance between being part of the assignment and actively contributing to your team. Sharing knowledge with each other is our main concern and something that makes us all grow! You have the following knowledge, experience and characteristics:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in Life Science where you have worked with validation and qualification.
- You have experience in GMP, or other relevant regulations in GxP.
- You have a university degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
- You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
- You are a driven person who takes action and proposes your own solutions.
- You are proactive in your communication and unpretentious in meeting customer expectations and results.
- You have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to new challenges and your commitment contributes to a positive environment in assignments and projects.
- You understand the added value of working for the customer and have the ability to successfully build long-term relationships and networks to find new customer needs.
- You are able to work independently while valuing being part of the team and acting as a role model by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
If you also have knowledge and experience of other relevant regulations, guidelines and GAMP 5 and validation of computerized systems (CSV) in Life Science, it is an advantage.
