This will be your role
Do you want to take on exciting technical challenges and contribute to the development of future process technology solutions? We are looking for you who thrive in a central role where collaboration with customers, colleagues and suppliers is a natural part of the work and something that motivates you. You have a strong interest in leading and working with dimensioning and optimization of process engineering facilities.
The role involves, among other things:
- Feasibility studies and procurement - assess and specify needs and support procurement processes.
- Dimensioning and design of process engineering objects and facilities.
- Process engineering application of materials and heat balances for optimization and efficiency.
- Technical purchasing on the client side in close cooperation with production and users.
- Project/delivery management - running technical projects, from concept to delivery.
- Mentoring - supporting and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Automation - experience in optimizing and automating processes is an advantage.
Here's how you'll shine
We are looking for you who have experience in the process industry and preferably have worked with several different segments and industry types. You have a broad technical understanding and can handle multiple disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, automation, instrumentation, process design and construction. We believe you are a driven problem solver who takes initiative and has previously led technical projects and been responsible for deliveries.
We would like you to have:
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent, and at least 5 years of industrial experience.
- Experience of working in a project environment, preferably as technical lead or delivery manager.
- Deep knowledge in process design and a good understanding of mechanical, automation, electrical and instrumentation.
- Experience in running or participating in technical projects related to extensions and conversions in the process industry (meritorious).
- Worked with digital tools in production and has an interest in digitalization and automation.
- A background as a plant specialist with a focus on automation, process or instrumentation is advantageous.
