Data Analyst

This is your role
In the Business Analysis role, you will be the link between the business and the development team, where your focus is on documentation, the requirements process and identifying and analyzing business needs. You will work in close collaboration with both colleagues and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive the project forward. With your ability to identify problems at an early stage and transform the users' needs into clear requirements - you contribute with a high quality and verify that the delivery is optimal.

The role includes

  • Ensure that current energy metering works.
  • Inventory and analysis of communication and measurement equipment
  • Review the systems used and how they will be used in the future.
  • Based on the customer's requirement specification, be able to help the customer reach the goal.

This is how you will shine
As a communicative problem solver, you have the ability to see the big picture, focus on quality and work on the small details. To thrive in the role, we believe that you are a goal-oriented person who is driven to tackle problems - both technical and relational. You are good at identifying needs and listening actively, and used to making complex decisions that drive the project forward. From your previous roles, you have experience in analyzing customer needs, assessing business and operational benefits, modeling and requirements management processes.

We also believe that you:

  • Have a university degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Have worked in the process industry and/or energy production/distribution, at least 2 years. Longer time is advantageous
  • Experience in working with data quality; identifying and addressing deficiencies and initiating improvement initiatives.
  • Previous experience in customer insight/forecasting work and/or insight into the energy industry.
  • You must be able to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of SEMS and process control is an advantage.
