From fragmented documentation to efficient maintenance

The problem

A wastewater treatment plant on the West Coast had its plant documentation scattered in several systems, with different versions of the same document. Maintenance staff spent a lot of time finding and verifying information.

Solution

All documentation was imported into COMOS and linked to the equipment. Technical data was integrated, and a link to the maintenance system ensured access there.

Result

Staff can quickly find the right information and trust that documents are up-to-date, freeing up time and enabling more strategic maintenance work.
