We are looking for our next LIMS hero!

Do you already have a role where you configure LIMS, but are looking for new challenges? Are you managing LIMS, but dream of configuring/developing the system? Maybe you are a lab rat who likes computers? Then we have the role for you!

This will be your role
Our SMART Lab® concept makes life easier for laboratory and quality operations and our customers are in several segments such as contract labs, QC or operational labs in the process and pharmaceutical industry. And now we are looking for you who want to be part of the journey to streamline and optimize our customers' laboratory processes!

You will get, among other things:

  • Configuring LIMS via existing interfaces
  • Provide support to existing LIMS installations
  • Participate in new installations, upgrades and migrations of LIMS and LIMS-related modules.
  • Maintaining customer relations
  • Training and supervision of new employees

How you will shine
We believe you will shine in the role of LIMS hero if you are someone who enjoys collaborating and working with others. You are passionate about learning new things and want to support our customers in several steps. You are an excellent problem solver and like to challenge yourself.

We also see that:

  • You control the flow in a laboratory
  • You have experience with production-related IT systems
  • You work independently to develop solutions and support the customer with the requirements, even when they are initially unclear.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience in regulated activities, such as GMP or ISO.

The location is Uppsala, but we apply a flexible office environment so if the work tasks allow, you choose where you connect your computer. Although we have the opportunity to work remotely with our customers, travel is part of the job.
