Record level in Great Place to Work 2025

Plantvision record level in Great Place to Work 2025

Plantvision achieved its highest ever score in the Great Place to Work employee survey. All areas of the survey show improvement, and we stand out most in areas such as camaraderie and community.

The company has thus once again been certified by Great Place to Work® for the period October 2025 to October 2026. The certification is based on what employees themselves say about their experience of working at Plantvision. Last year (2024), 89% of employees considered Plantvision a Great Place to Work, and this year, a full 97% responded that we are a GPTW. The trust index has also risen significantly this year. In 2024, we achieved 88%, and in 2025, it rose to 92%. This not only marks a strong year despite a challenging market, but it also shows that our focus on employees, culture, commitment, and community really makes a difference for our employees.

"Ten years in a row as a Great Place to Work is impressive. But to also achieve our highest ever rating for employee engagement at a time of tougher markets, uncertainty, and change says something profound about who we are. This is not about numbers, but about people. It shows the power of our culture and the people who embody it every day, and that's incredibly inspiring to see," says Simon Thuresson, CEO of Plantvision.

"We went into this year's survey hoping to maintain the high level we achieved last year – that would have been more than enough in these times. But when the results came in and showed that we had broken records and improved inallareas, we were both surprised and proud. It's not often you see this kind of commitment in a company of our size. It says a lot about the culture we have built together," says Mathilda Karrenius, acting CHRO at Plantvision.

Plantvision also Plantvision the results compared to external benchmarks against other companies within GPTW for 2025 in the Trust Index criteria and the statement "All in all, this is a very good place to work." In summary, Plantvision out as being better than the best companies in the survey overall.

10 consecutive years of GPTW certification

The 2025 employee survey marks the tenth consecutive year that we have been certified by Great Place to Work, a strong endorsement of our long-term and determined efforts to build a strong and sustainable culture. The recipe? Throughout the year, we actively listen, analyze, and refine what we do. We gather feedback, engage in dialogue within teams and management groups, and transform insights into concrete improvements.

“We see it as a natural part of our mission to continuously develop our working environment – both structurally and culturally. This involves everything from career paths and leadership to communication, collaboration and the small details of everyday life. Every employee's experience is important, and every effort deserves to be taken seriously. It is through continuous improvement that we build a sustainable working environment and the culture that we are so incredibly proud of," concludes Simon Thuresson.

How we work with GPTW, from words to action

  • Quarterly follow-ups: We break down the overall results to team level and discuss together what is working and what we can improve.
  • Dialogue and transparency: We use workshops, roundtable discussions, and internal forums to create space for open dialogue.
  • Learning and change: Proposals are taken forward, prioritized, and pilot projects are launched. We ensure that employees are involved in the processes.
  • Link to leadership: Managers receive specific feedback and support to translate cultural experiences into everyday leadership.

We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all our fantastic employees who participated in the survey, for their courage in participating and providing feedback, and for their willingness to move the entire organization forward.
