Two ways in - a clear development journey
Since the start in 2021, we have welcomed 23 Young Professionals in various roles, from process engineers and automation specialists to compliance consultants in Life Science. There are two ways to get in as a Young Professional:
- Compliance PYP - A structured 12-month program where participants start in a common group with trainings and activities that strengthen their skills and networks.
- Continuous Admission in Compliance and Technology - Here, young talents become part of an existing group and contribute directly to our missions in areas such as process development, automation and validation.
Whatever the path, there is a clear career ladder with defined development goals, creating long-term opportunities for our Young Professionals to grow.
