The winner of the category will be announced on October 4 on 'Career Day' and of course we hope for a win, but just being nominated is a victory in itself.
The jury's justification for the nomination reads:

About Career Services
Karriärföretagen's goal is to guide students and young professionals to a good start in their careers. Since 2011, they have presented the Career Company of the Year, a list of the employers in Sweden that offer the best career and development opportunities for young talent.
Approximately 1000 companies, public authorities and organizations meet the basic criteria to distinguish themselves as a good employer. After the basic criteria, a panel of experts reviews the companies and rates their online career pages, social media presence and attractiveness as an employer. In the final selection stage, a jury of prominent HR professionals selects the 100 companies that will become the Career Company of the Year.
