The Young Professionals Program is aimed at those who will graduate next year in fields such as biotechnology, chemical engineering, molecular biology, Medtech, or the like, and want to kick-start their career!
The program provides you with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in validation from trainings, cases and exciting assignments and projects in different environments. As a participant in the program, you will be part of team Plantvision from day one, with the opportunity to enter the consulting world, get to know and collaborate with some of the absolute best in the industry.
Plantvision works with exciting pharmaceutical and biotech companies and is an important player in enabling Life Science companies in Sweden to produce Pharma and biotech products. We contribute to skills supply and skills development in the Life Science industry, which contributes to a Sweden at the forefront. After 6 months, your probationary period becomes permanent and the program continues.
As a consultant with us after completing the program, you work closely with our customers and support them with different types of assignments and projects of varying complexity. The work in validation means ensuring that, for example, process and production equipment, premises, media, analytical instruments, computerized systems and other things are of the right quality and ultimately enable a high-quality product to leave the company for its journey to the patient.
