The Young Professionals Program is aimed at those who will graduate in the next year in fields such as biotechnology, chemical engineering, molecular biology, Medtech, or equivalent, and want to jump-start their career!
The program gives you theoretical knowledge and practical experience in validation from trainings, cases and exciting assignments and projects in different environments. As a participant in the program, you become part of team Plantvision from day one, with the opportunity to enter the consulting world, get to know and collaborate with some of the absolute best in the industry.
Plantvision works with exciting pharmaceutical and biotech companies and is an important player in enabling Life Science companies in Sweden to produce Pharma and biotech products. We contribute to competence supply and competence development in the Life Science industry, which contributes to a Sweden at the forefront. When the program ends after 6 months, your probationary period will be followed by a permanent position at Plantvision.
As a consultant with us after completing the program, you work closely with our customers and support them with different types of assignments and projects of varying complexity. The work in validation means ensuring that, for example, process and production equipment, premises, media, analytical instruments, computerized systems and other things maintain the right quality and ultimately enable a high quality product to leave the company for its journey to the patient.

Many of our assignments can be carried out remotely, from wherever you prefer to work. To create even more flexibility, as a new employee you will receive SEK 3000 to buy equipment that makes it easier for you to work from wherever you want.
