This will be your role
In this role, you will be responsible for sales for our automation offering. You will be involved from the start and drive business, develop customer relationships, project manage the delivery and develop processes and working methods. You will have the opportunity to influence the work and contribute to the strategic development of the offer area.
The role will involve, among other things
- Networking and customer meetings and quotation work
- Development of teams and of team members
- Strategy work and offer development
- Operational work in the team's deliverables
Here's how you'll shine
When we get to develop, optimize, improve and solve problems - that's when we feel our best. Right now we are looking for you who have a good knowledge of the industry and a solid background in production, system design or project delivery. We are looking for you to communicate with people with ease and be a great problem solver. For this role, your personal qualities are the most important thing for us but we want you to have some kind of leadership experience from before, maybe in the form of being Consultant Manager, team leader, project manager or sub-project manager.
If you also have the following skills, you are probably the one we are looking for:
- Basically, you have some form of engineering degree or equivalent.
- You have a good understanding of how production works and enjoy visiting factories, customers and employees in their daily lives.
- Experience in sales, as you will be one of the main contacts with our customers
- You are a driven individual who takes ownership of the overall goal. You are confident in your priorities but also good at delegating and sharing ownership with others.
- You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
