PlantVision launches QA HelpDesk

Staying up to date with all the latest regulations and being able to support the organization with well-founded decisions and opinions is a major challenge. Which is why we have started a new service within quality assurance.

Within the framework of QA HelpDesk we will offer extensive business support on quality-related issues as well as more specific project-related services.

QA HelpDesk provides a simple way for customers to get immediate support on a current challenge they face, as well as giving them an ongoing dialog partner who cares about them and the development of their organization.

Through QA HelpDesk, customers will be able to get support within several areas, including:

  • QA operations support (ad hoc advice, individual reviews and assessments, instructions, etc.)
  • Project-related services (IT, processes, production and lab)
  • Quality audits, inspections and internal audits
