Magnus Severin, Senior Advisor at Plantvision, together with Linn Fransson, guides us through a topic that is constantly topical for companies that want to improve their competitiveness and profitability. Among other things, they discuss how you can measure your plant efficiency and increase capacity utilization, which key figures you can use, what other benefits come with measuring your plant efficiency and what differences exist between different industries.
